Bernie’s original Beer Butt Blend BOLD is a spicy cajun blend available in 8 oz. pressure-sensitive sealed containers. Originally formulated to add exceptional flavor to a roasting chicken perched on a beer can, it’s often used to flavor many types of food. Sprinkle it on every type of meat, fish, eggs, potatoes and other vegetables, in tuna salad, deviled eggs, tacos, chili, meatloaf, and other entrees.
This blend is half again spicier than the original.
No MSG is used in any of our blends.
